Season 3 will consist of 13 episodes and will air here in the States starting in January. Beginning July 20, following the season 2 finale, the official berth of Lost Girl will move from Mondays to Fridays

omg They are going ahead for season 3, this is what they said"ut only now that it's broadcast season 1 and the bulk of season 2 has Syfy decided the experiment has worked out well enough for Lost Girl to stay on Syfy's line-up. According to Live 7 days viewing data, Lost Girl has been averaging 895,000 viewers among adults 18-49 and 930,000 with adults 25-54; Syfy is calling it the number 1 cable drama in those two groups."

Lost Girl is a fantastic show. They managed to make it both funny and serious without failing. The season finale of season 2 was actually a good finale, it was a fantastic way to end season 2 while making you wish season 3 was already out so you'd be able to find out what's gonna happen. I give this show 5 stars.
