Producers obviously spent some money on good special effects, but a lot of it is wasted with the "Blair Witch" approach using a hand-held camera limited to the first-person view of the guy holding the camera. Also doesn't allow for adequate observation and development of the characters as they progress. Too much of a gimmick approach.

great movie! would be better with a sequel! it whacky when running in all because its in first person point of view but overall great story sad ending but good movie

Godzilla meets War of the Worlds meets Hellboy, from a Blair Witch Project point of view. Not too shabby. Be nice if there was a sequal.
