Two minutes into it I realized it had no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Only the braindead can watch this drivel.

Going to start it up for the 15th time right now. VERY Rarely does a movie come along that is this damn good. AMAZING.

Nothing like the orginally Mad Max. I'm SO disappointed in the DARK story line and plot. I looked at the entire movie, BIG regret. Don't waste your brain cells

@Jettal14-I'm 38 yrs old. I thought I liked the old one when I was a kid but when I tried to watch it again I was not sure why I liked the original in the first place. So, my point is that I don't think age has anything to do with it. I think most people will enjoy this film. :)

I've seen the movie 6 times now. This time next year? I'll probably have re-watched it 20-30 times. It really is that good. It has the re-watchable factor like you wouldn't believe. But hey some people wouldn't agree? But those people are the ones who re-watch dirty dancing probably. Who knows with some people. I rehash again, this movie is beyond good compared to most of the trash that comes out these days. MAD MAX LIVES AGAIN!

dkplatt - I'm old kiddo and I knew after 5 minutes I would not like it, so basically I wasted another 15 minutes 'giving it a chance' as I slid closer to death!...I did watch the original and honestly I was not too thrilled about it either, but I 'got' that one, this version is more your generation. Watch and enjoy for all of us. :)

@Jettal14-MadMax has always been "bizarre-O-ness". You were disappointed that the franchise didn't continue down it's original path of a chaotic, action-packed movie? You must not have seen the original..how can you criticize a movie when you never gave it a chance? You only watched 1/10 of the movie

It was not okay - made it about 20 minutes and that's all the bizarre-O-ness I could stand.Very disappointed was hoping the franchise would continue, obviously not.

I saw this in the theaters. Very weird movie indeed but the movie was good, not boring in any way even though the movie lasts quite a while. If you have not seen it, click "watch now" tab and get to it.

very weird! good, but very weird, way more weird than the first Mad Max. Loved Nicholas Hoults character!
