Couldnt remember why i didnt come away happy the first time, but the second time was the same :final 2 smashbanggasms come very close to burying a decent film in the rubble.

AWESOME MOVIE! I own this one on BluRay. Love how fast they fly around in fight scenes. And the Batman vs Superman movie coming out OMFG im more stoked about that than i was for Star Wars..easily!

I'm not a fan of most franchise reboots, and I didn't think this franchise needed a reboot. Having said that, Snyder and Nolan completely and utterly dominated this attempt. Holy hell, it was amazing.

Great depth in the script, the CG was above par and the acting wasn't horrid. A great start to new Superman era.

watched this movie twice the plot wasint to gfood and during the tornado good movie but I think tghey messed it up with the plot ans the reporters and with some people he killed millions to save 1 life but in the end it was worth it to save the whole world

MAN OF STEEL was TRASHHH ... never have I seen a movie with more plot holes and complete nonsense. Let me just ask how is Superman even a superhero when he terrorizes cities and kills thousands in the process of cleaning up his own mess?and he just puts on glasses and these professional NYC reporters don't recognize him to be the guy they've been reporting on??!gotta admit though, some of the fighting scenes were badass, in terms of the close combat

1st off, the movie was ok, Superman is no killer so that really FUCKED this movie. I rate all of the Avengers movies over this, Hell Marvel is the best.2nd, this movie was not too violent, but I do have to say that more and more movies and tvshows are getting very violent, and people as a whole are doing the same. I don know if it is linked, I am not a therapist, but it seems to be.3rd, Batman can * a * , * the Batman!

OMG it a comic book movie!!! it not real!!! as kamath72 said the joker in batman blow up a hospital and killer a lot of people in the film but nobody complain about that. there is not blood or gore.

I like this superman movie. The producers made this movie more reality based. I liked the fact the director has taken Superman and not made him into such a do goody good doer. But more human and dealing with difficult decisions, espacailly in the fight with ZOD.

It should have no effect on our children. It's a comic book movie. The Joker blew up a hospital in TDK but nobody ever complains about that...

Pretty dark compared to past Superman movies. Entertaining but not exceptionally so. Alot of crazy destroying of buildings and vehicles without regard to safety of bystanders. What effect will this have on our children? Yikes.
