This is the second time I tried to watch central intelligence and it doesn't play at all. You guys took both 5 points each (10 points all together). I'm so frustrated as I wanted to watch this movie and most of all it took points when I haven't watch it. Please give my points back and why is it not playing? Ease fix asap. Thank you

I chose to watch central intelligence but it was not playing but I did notice you guys took 5 points. Its a bit unfair as it wasn't playing and 5npoints was subtracted from my point. Please fix this asap. Thank you
