Sorry, but Punisher Warzone is better. Looks more like the real Punisher and acts more like it: Icecold, brutal and without any remorse. Like in the Comicbooks.
Rotten Tomatoes had it right - 3 of 10. Predictable John Travolta's cool super bad guy. Derivative good guy survives certain death at hands of bad guys to rule the day....
