Hi, I press play to watch bridget jones baby and nothing is coming out, so I press the 5 minute preview and nothing came out. So I checked my account and you guys took 5 points which is a bit unfair as I havent watched the movie. Please fix this asap thank you and pls put my 5 points back thanks
